How do I return an item?
We're here first and foremost to make sure you're 100% happy with your order. If there is something you'd like to inquire about, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll do our best to fix it for you!

You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date, as long as the item shows no signs of use. All returns must be in original condition and MUST be shipped with your invoice that can be found in your order confirmation email.
Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned within 60 days of purchase date are eligible for a full product refund via the payment method originally used. Orders returned after the 60 day period are eligible for a store credit.
Once we have received your return, we will process your return and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Please allow 7-20 business days for our team to process your return.
Please be advised that credit usually takes 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive a confirmation email of your refund once it has been authorized and completed.
We do not offer exchanges as our inventory and stock changes on a continual basis. All items sent back will be processed as a return and any desired items will need to be purchased as a new order on our website.
Damage claims can only be accepted up to five days after tracking states the package has been delivered. If you would like to place a damage claim, please email us (email@example.com) with your order number and a photo of the stated damages. We ask that the items be sent in a timely manner and in the exact condition received to process your claim.
